Questions this page answers

Does scheduling replace review?

No. Schedule a version only after it is approved. A queue time does not make an outdated or unapproved draft ready.

What usually causes a scheduled post to fail?

A timezone mismatch, an expired channel authorization, or a version that changed after it was queued. Confirm the account and the local publish time before relying on the slot.

When should a team schedule instead of publishing immediately?

When the date is part of the plan: a launch, a regional morning, or a recurring education slot. Immediate publishing is still right when the approved version should go out now.
